K-Learn Studio is an online tutoring platform that connects students with verified tutors. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Browsing and searching for verified tutors across various subjects
• Scheduling and attending tutoring sessions
• Facilitating communication between students and tutors
• Processing payments for tutoring services
• Providing dashboards for students, tutors, and administrators

K-Learn Studio acts as an intermediary platform and is not itself a tutoring provider. We facilitate connections between students and independent tutors.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain false or misleading information.

4. User Conduct

When using K-Learn Studio, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, including tutors and students
• Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without our prior written consent

5. Tutor Verification

All tutors on K-Learn Studio undergo a verification process before they are approved to offer sessions on the platform. While we take reasonable steps to verify tutor credentials, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by tutors. Students are encouraged to review tutor profiles, ratings, and reviews before booking a session.

6. Payment Terms

All payments on K-Learn Studio are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

• All fees for tutoring sessions are displayed before you confirm a booking
• Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Refund requests are subject to our refund policy and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• K-Learn Studio is not responsible for any payment failures or issues arising from your bank or payment provider
• Tutors are paid according to the terms agreed upon between K-Learn Studio and the tutor

By using Razorpay, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the K-Learn Studio platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, software, and educational materials — is the property of K-Learn Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our express written permission
• Tutors retain ownership of their original educational materials but grant K-Learn Studio a non-exclusive licence to display such materials on the platform
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by K-Learn Studio without obligation to compensate you

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• K-Learn Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• K-Learn Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to K-Learn Studio in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any tutoring session arranged through the platform

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to K-Learn Studio at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of K-Learn Studio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
